Always clean, which is important for a kitchen where weddings & such are held

I emailed to ask if our group would be able to rent the facilities and never got a response. So I called a couple weeks later to ask about my inquiry and the "president" told me they hadn't had a meeting about it yet so he couldn't give me an answer and that the meeting was schedule for that Wednesday. He sounded very annoyed that he had to talk to me at all. It would have been nice to get a reply to my email saying it would be brought up at such date or even just to say he had actually received my email. It is now almost a month later and I still have not heard anything about my request. It seems serving their community is not a priority...
