Stayed at Vance Creek Hotel, for a wedding, had a 1 bedroom suite. When we checked in and asked for a trolley to bring our bags we were told that we would have to look for one ourselves. The day after our first night stay (the wedding day) after the ceremony we went back to our room only to find the room had not been made up. So assumed the room would eventually be done. In the bathroom we were out of toilet paper, and again assumed there would be another roll under the bathroom sink, or somewhere, well not a roll in sight. Went to the front desk, asked for the manager, was told she wasn’t in and would be in tomorrow. The girl at the desk asked if we had our do not disturb tag on our door, which we did over the night, and removed it when we left for the wedding, she got us some toilet paper, and said she would leave a message for the manager. Thinking that our room would be eventually be serviced, left the room for the reception, only to come back around midnight to find the room still not done. Never in my life have I been in a hotel where our room had not been serviced, extra toilet paper. Talked to the manager the next morning, which I found her not to be very friendly or accommodating said she would have to talk with her housekeeping manager and get back to me. Well received a email saying they would give us $25 from our $400 plus bill. Needless to say we definitely will not return, or recommend this place to anyone!! Told friends about our experience, they said we should have used their towels to wipe our butts, LOL!! So I would give them 0 stars!!! But this app only allows me to give them at least 1 star.

I would definitely go back there! Had a great time, great food and fantastic suite. No complaints. Thanks to everyone there!

The Vance Creek Hotel and Conference Centre supported my organization of my 30 year high school reunion. From the price to the liaison person, everything was handled with professionalism and quickly. On the weekend of the event, there were over 100 grads that showed up. ALL were impressed with the rooms and the service (not to mention the views!). I was especially impressed with Christina, who went the extra mile when I left my camera tripod on the mountain. She took her own time to make sure that I got it back in my hands. THAT is customer service! HIGHLY recommend them!

Worst hotel ever.. and rudest Front desk manager I have ever dealt with. We went for our long weekend trip over there, where they didn't even have room service and informed us just upon arriving! They ordered us to get towels and supplies before a given time. I was send to a dirty room and then I came to switch it. The FRONT DESK MANAGER CHRISTINA IS SO RUDE AND WHEN CALLING HER BACK SHE CASUALLY SAYS I M SORRY AND SAID I REFUNDED 15% OF THE MONEY AND SPOKE AS IF THAT IS A BIG DEAL . I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS STUPID HOTEL WHICH IS LIKE IN A TOP OF MOUNTAIN! USELESS SERVICE AND PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE. DONT GO THERE
