I stayed here twice in the last few years while doing road trips to the Rockies. The location was convenient with decent amenities. But the best of all was the bed itself. It’s the most comfortable bed I ever slept on in a hotel/motel. Keep it up - I would be glad to stay here again in the future.

When family comes down to visit us in Kamloops we go to Romeo's at the coast hotel. This restaurant has the best brunch buffet in town. The inside of the hotel is nice and some place I would consider if visiting Kamloops.

The venue was very involved, and very thorough; definitely cannot complain about that. I wasn't super impressed with the quality of the food, but the service to keep it stocked and fresh definitely made up for it. Overall I'd say it was a good experience, and I would be happy to go again.

Not the friendliest staff around. Nice spacious rooms, but felt housekeeping was questionable at best. Food was fantastic, overall an okay experience, but wouldn't be paying for it.

This was a pretty disappointing hotel. All of the rooms smelled horribly of chlorine from the pool, and the doors in the room that led outside were letting in all the cold/sounds from outside. We switched rooms so we would not have a door to outside, but it was still very uncomfortable. The only plus was the thai restaurant inside, which was delicious.
