Probably the best service I've had at a restaurant in Greater Victoria. Food isn't quite as good as the service (probably more like 4 stars), but it's still very good with great variety. I also really appreciate that even though this is more of a fine dining establishment that they keep a number of menu items in an affordable range. It makes Fireside Grill a great option for a nice dining experience with friends that have a range of incomes. That way everyone can have a good time out and people watching their budget can have a number of great options to choose from that won't look out of place with everything else.

Food was excellent and good sized portions! Our server however might have been having an off day by bringing drinks and food we didn't order or want and did not check in with us once to ask how our meals were and pretty much ignored us the time we were there! Other servers and staff were more friendly as we left than our own server! Odd.

This is the best buffet I have ever had. We sat and dined, chatted, and enjoyed the beautiful settings for over 4 hours. I love this place and will be back for sure. The staff are professional and friendly, the building is beautiful, the food is delicious.

Such a great place to eat. Wonderful old style decoration, lovely atmosphere and high quality food. My personal favorite: the HOUSE MADE BEEF & CRAB BURGER! Last time I was in Victoria was almost 3 years ago, and I can still remember that taste. Great wine choices too. Don't lose this place if you hang around!
