Reviewing as a bookable venue. This is a beautiful building along the water in Richmond. They have both outdoor and indoor areas. The indoor area has a large number of windows to view the water. They are very caterer friendly with a prep area and storage facility. They can provide audio/video support for presentations. The space easily holds 100 people. Parking is available on the street, they are not on a bus route but only a small walk from an area that is. They are about 10 minutes walk from the Aberdeen Canada line station.

We cannot express how wonderful our day was thanks to UBC Boathouse and Petite Pearl Events. Seriously, do not go anywhere else for your wedding and or event. We came from Los Angeles to get married in beautiful Vancouver and fell even more in love with the people than we were before (if possible). The warmth of this day sticks with us 6 months later. This truly was the best day of our lives, everyone involved felt like family. I just can't say enough about this location. Pictures by Ainsley Rose Photography show exactly how amazing the day was. Thanks again you guys for everything. We think of you often!

We recently had our wedding at the Boathouse and it could not have gone better. From the first contact to the final day, to say we were impressed with the process would be an incredible understatement. Our main contact Karen was genuinely excited to be a part of our day. Her knowledge and ability to take our ideas and put them into action without any issues shows she is an expert at what she does. It gave us the confidence to relax on the day knowing we had true passionate professionals taking care of us, while still feeling in control of our ideas and vision. Katie and Dan were also a great help and we trusted them implicitly. The venue speaks for itself in a big way. Being able to do the ceremony and the cocktail hour on the dock yet in two segregated areas was amazing. It allowed for my guests to stay in one location all night but still be surprised by the reception hall. Everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was. It elevated our day to a whole other level and we could not have picked a more perfect spot! So well done!!!

Amazing venue! Our coordinator Katie was very knowledgable and helpful! Loved the outdoor ceremony space, and the reception space felt so open with all of the windows. A beautiful space for any event!

Have one of my children in their spring break rowing. He's really enjoying it even though it's fairly physically demanding. Very nice facility! Great staff and equipment.
