This is easily the most luxurious bed and breakfast I've ever stayed in. The grounds are fantastic. The rooms are beautiful. And the staff is helpful and effecient. Heather was very kind and generous.

The setting is beautiful with views of the Cabinet mountains and surrounding forests. Even though you're close to Sandpoint, you feel as if you've escaped. Each room is unique and beautiful. The grounds have walking paths through the woods, a paddle boat for the pond, a hot tub, a small pool, and a patio. The main living room has a roaring fireplace, comfortable furniture you'll sink in to, books, board games, a guitar, and plenty of tea. We were greeted with delicious omelettes, granola, fruit, and coffee for breakfast. It was a memorable weekend.

Talus Rock Retreat is the most amazing and gorgeous place I have ever stayed. The staff make you feel like part of their family, welcomed and appreciated. The facility is gorgeous and elegant but at the same time welcoming and relaxed. I will definitely stay again and recommend to everyone.

We heard from close friends that Talus Rock was amazing... We just stayed 2 nights and it absolutely met our expectations. All the rooms are beautifully decorated. From the moment you walk in you feel at home. We enjoyed sitting in front of the fireplace visiting with another couple. The staff cleaned off our car both days as it had snowed. Heather was so loving and very accommodating. Erik and Ashley were very helpful as well. We loved meeting Billy too... What a special soul! We will be back. Thanks again!
