I said yes to the dress at Ladybelle bridal! From the moment I called to the moment I left the doors I had a phenomenal experience! Chris and Sara were amazing to work with, the listened to everything I liked and disliked about every dress, paid attention to my budget and made me feel so comfortable while trying on gowns! They were very patient with me while I made my long final decision. They also made my mom and best friend feel very comfortable and made them a big part of everything, there was zero pressure to make a decision and when I did they were just as excited for me as I was. I could never say too many positive things about this wonderful place!

Amazing experience! From the welcoming phone call the day before with the “can’t wait to meet you” to saying “yes” to the dress and everything in between. Sarah made me feel very comfortable and beautiful while trying on every dress. Chris made suggestions and was incredible. All in all the best dress shop I’ve ever been to

I said yes to my dress here!!! Sara was amazing and to squeeze me in when it was a fully booked day was fantastic. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I knew it was going to be a great experience. She helped me get into all the dresses and just knew what I was looking for even when I wasn't sure. Chris, one of the owners was fantastic too in getting a few more dresses but going back to the first one I tried on. Couldn't rave about them enough!!! Thank you so much! I cannot wait until my dress is in and I can try it on again! 💕💕💕💕

I am a grade twelve student who found my grad dress here at Ladybelle in January. I had a difficult time deciding on what dress I wanted and shopped around at countless dress stores. Ladybelle had by far the best customer service and beautiful selection. All the empolyees I met when I was there were extremely friendly and helpful, creating a unique atmosphere I never felt at any of the other stores. Their new location on Franklyn Street is so quaint and impeccably set up. I would highly recommend Ladybelle Bridal to anyone.

I can't say enough great things about Ladybelle!! Both Chris and Sarah were amazing, I was not the type of person looking forward to dress shopping as it just isn't my thing but they made it a wonderful experience! They were incredibly helpful and went far above and beyond what I ever could have expected to make dress shopping a positive thing for me. When things didn't work out exactly as planed with the first dress they came to the rescue during crunch time to insure that I had the perfect dress for the big day and made what could have been and incredibly stressful time stress free. If I could rate more that five stars I would! I can't thank them enough for all they did!
