Lovely room, outstanding service! A special Thank You to Pat who received us on arrival! She was warm, very helpful, and made us feel immediately welcome! She even sent a special anniversary gift to our room when she found out we were celebrating on our trip. The restaurant was excellent. We had lunch and dinner in the hotel while recovering from jet lag. Servers were very attentive and prompt. The food was well prepared and we left feeling no need to venture out for another venue. Well done, Fairmont!

Staying at the Fairmont Hotel was a perfect way to spend our anniversary. Staff had a warm welcoming and was curious about our stay and gave us a complementary dessert! Room was really clean and classy looking. It was also perfect location downtown so we could wonder the streets after our lovely dinner. My husband and I have already recommended friends and family to have a stay at the Fairmont and we'll also be back for our next!

Pretty decent. Tub was small, shower didn't work well, but rest of bathroom was nice. Elevators don't stop closing when you're between the doors, I had one close on me and it hurt. Good location for shopping, parking, and travelling to other parts of the area. Mattress was comfortable. Sheets were a percale, and that's always a bit scratchy. Only stayed one night.

My girlfriend and I came here to have "The Queens Tea". We were so impressed by the setting of the room for tea. We walked thorough a beautiful hotel to the modern restaurant. The hostess showed us to the back room, and down three steps to a magical setting. I felt like I was moved into another time. Old phone booths from England. The choices of tea were magnificent. The sandwiches were served on a tiered service. So much to choose from. The adventure began. Dessert was yummy. All in all a great afternoon, being a Queen.

Loved the decor of the place and the service. It was a great room for the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave me great suggestions when I asked for food recommendations. We tried the Great British afternoon tea at the Notch8. For $65, you're getting a variety of sweet and savory finger foods. Definitely recommend it!!
