This place was wonderful! The scenery was breathtaking and we ate outside to enjoy that beautiful scenery. The food was wonderful, fresh and delicious. The service was great! It was like something out of a movie probably because of the spectacular scenery! I would post some pictures but I can't figure out how to do it on my phone. So sorry! You would really love to see these pictures! I'm not very tech-savvy.

The ultimate location in Lake Louise is the only accommodation ON Lake Louise. Supremely gracious staff will provide you with anything you might need, and the on-site restaurants are all superb. While the rooms pack all of the amenities you might need, their snugness does not match the luxurious nature of the remainder of the Chateau. However, if you are lucky enough to have a view of the lake from your room, you simply won't care about anything else. That view, alone, is worth all of the expense of your stay at the Fairmont.

I've never been and may never be in a more beautiful hotel. The rooms are large, the views are amazing no matter where you might be within the hotel. The food is delicious in all of the restaurants! The staff is nice and helpful, there was a mix up with our reservation, but they handled it beautifully. My husband and I had a lovely and relaxing time.

We stayed here for the view and paid extra to face the lake. Our room was small but the bed was comfy. A lot of great food available at the restaurants which is, as expected, not cheap. The gym was great. The salesperson at the bookstore was very knowledgeable in local history and suggested good books accordingly. There are also a few trails starting at the resort.

A nearly perfect vacation experience. Every detail is taken care of, and the level of service is exquisite. I redeemed Aeroplan points to stay here and was impressed with all of the 'extras' it came with; upgrade to a suite, breakfast, free canoe rental and even a cheese plate. And needless to say, the views, hiking and fresh air are unbeatable. I really wish everyone would get to experience a stay at the Chateau Lake Louise once in their life! Thank you!
