NO KIDS/FUN ALLOWED Gods Mountain has a 1 star for me because its the most beautiful property I have ever seen. This being said you will not have a chance to enjoy it. The resort does NOT ALLOW KIDS however it says nothing about that on the website. Don't make the mistake we did and travel all the way there to find this out. Sarah the owner made an exception that our 2 year old could be on the resort but was not allowed to walk on the ground (actually because her dog will attack your child) use the pool or go in any of the rooms. If you do have a child you will be stuck in your room. We also got a noise complaint when myself and my mother were trying to have a glass of wine at 9pm at night. This resort is 100% only acceptable for someone who is retired and goes to bed at 8pm. The worst part is it would be the most amazing place to sit by the pool, drink some wine and enjoy it but you will feel as though you are back in high school and being watched my your principal. This being said if you are a retired adult that is looking for a silent retreat go for it.

God's Mountain estate a beautiful Creek Lake estate. It's tucked back hidden on top of mountain difficult to get to but well worth the drive. It overlooks Skaha lake views or excellent to the front the lake to the back Vineyards. The food is incredible the rooms are excellent the hotel itself or Bed and Breakfast is only 14 rooms.if I could give six stars I would.

This place has incredible views! Up here for a wedding and the photos turned out incredibly well! The breakfast was included and it was simply to die for! I think the rooms could be touched up a bit, but I guess they want to keep the historic feel to it! Would definitely return! The roofless room is also worth trying out for the adventurous types!

Just wanted to chime in with my positive review to offset the last nasty one. God's Mountain is an absolute delight! The food, views, and staff are all amazing. Not sure who the couple is that wrote the last post but guessing it's a princess married to a wimp. Certainly this is not a fancy hotel and I could see being thrown off if that's the experience you had in mind. But there aren't cleanliness or safety issues that reasonable people should be worried about enough to leave. All of the rooms are just fine but I would recommend that it's worth upgrading to the Roofless Room or Penthouse Suite for the difference in price. We've been a number of times now and it's been great each time. Most importantly, there is a vibe at the location that is hard to describe. You can't help but feel happy and relaxed here.

The lady that owns this place is a whack job. We were attending a wedding at this venue when the lady that owned it told us to get away from a lemon tree next to us and told me that if I touched it or picked a lemon she would skin me alive.... so needless to say not the best. She is a crazy hippy lady that flips with the wind. Decent venue but when we had wanted to sit they had a lobby which we were kicked out of saying " you have to be outside these seats are for people who are 60+" so we went back out in the small rain shower. 100% crazy 2 faced owner. Buyer beware!
