Pros: Good getaway from the city. Hot springs pool is always nice. Staff members mostly friendly. Their gift certificate makes a great present. Cons: Facility is getting old though and needs an update like carpets, walls etc. Not a lot of soundproof so you can everyone talking and walking in the hallways. Room is always missing some sort of amenities when I’m here - robes or coffee.

The overall stay was good. The view was of course, amazing, with the mountain and lake around. There were several places you could go to, that is only exclusive to Harrison Guest. For example, in front of the lake where you could relax and sit down away from crowds on a busy weekend. There was also a walking path with a small fountain and pond, a very relaxing place. The only thing I would prefer that they change is the opening hours for outside hot springs. We planned our stay to enjoy the hot springs but never got to it as there was a wedding that night and all the guest of that wedding occupied the hot spring. The indoor one is opened til 1am but after closing the outdoor at 10pm everyone at the outdoor transfered to the indoor pool. I mean who could blame them, that's why we booked the place, for a hot spring. I just hope they kept the outdoor one open so there's more room with the wedding guest added, they are a big group getting together in one place.

Beautiful resort with enough pool/hot spring choices. I like they have an adult pool to isolate and promote a more relaxing experience. I took advantage of their spa services, even without a reservation, and was totally worth it. The added benefit of the resort is how local it is to all the outdoor amenities where after reading the various signage throughout Harrison, we can thank the resort for feeding the ever expanding tourist opportunities.

The hotel is pretty old and the rooms are outdated. The gym room is decent but again old equipment. The spa is overpriced so we ended up finding one that was a 10 minute drive away. Never got around to trying the food at the hotel but there is a buffet and a restaurant. The main draw of the hotel and what makes it 4/5 stars is the pools. The hotel has its own private link to the hot springs. There are 4 pools which are all different temperatures so you can really find where you’re most comfortable and hang out in the pool for hours. From inside the pool you are surrounded by the mountains and it feels like you’re in some sort of private grotto in the middle of the mountains. The pools are really what make it worth the price.

The resort has a beautiful location with amazing pools. My girlfriend and I planned a family get together to celebrate a birthday; in total our family had booked 6 rooms. We arrived late on Friday and decided to go to the pool to relax for a few hours, this was cut short. The resort was host to a wedding and unfortunately the after party moved to the indoor pool at 11:00pm (when the outdoor pools close). For those who are unaware, the indoor pool is a quiet place, this is noted on all doors and the walls of the building. When the 30+ party goers moved to the indoor pool they brought their extremely loud, and now echoing voices, along with portable speakers and alcohol. The two of us, along with the other people who were in the pool before 11:00pm were obviously uncomfortable and not happy with the situation. A staff member came in and only asked the group to remove any glass bottles from the pool area. Instead of having a relaxing night it was loud and uncomfortable, staff didn't do anything to stop the situation to make the rest of the guests comfortable. We were very disappointed in this. We dined at the Copper Room on Saturday to celebrate the birthday. The host was quite rude and misgendered myself, giving out menu's to the other women at the table before the men and myself. Luckily our waiter was great and attentive to detail. The food was only okay-good, not great how you would expect when paying a hefty amount for a meal. The dancing was enjoyed by all, although we had to request a birthday song a few times with the band. On Sunday we ate at the breakfast buffet which was disgusting. Waffles were soft, no pancakes available, little selection, and an overall disappointing end to our trip. Our room was adequate and not too hot without air conditioning. Overall we just wish that after spending so much money at the resort they would have better service and would enforce the rules in the pool. Upon checkout we weren't even asked how our stay was! (not to mention that the TV checkout option was not available). Disappointing trip to say the least.
