Love Dore & the florist Deb! The most heartfelt effort and they went above the call of duty for my wedding, the decor was so beautiful too. All around amazing team effort !!! My day wouldn't have been so amazing without them!

Hal and Dore helped us with our Grand Opening event for Normandeau Window Coverings. They were very accurate in fulfilling all of our detailed requests and did far more than expected. Not only did they provide the decore for the event, but they also gave us lots of ideas in the planning stages which we never would have thought of! Thanks so much! I would highly recommend TTM to any of my friends or family.

I met with TTM about 6 months before my july wedding while on holidays. I now live i australia and planned our wedding in the okanagan. I literally dropped in to ttm and got the foundation planned in about 90 minutes which was great. I was open with a plan and it turned out beautifully. Not so good - estimate for flowers, please ladies give them a budget. I said "mid range" with inspiration photos and my flowers ended up approx 3500.. my fault but it was too late to change it by the end. Communication with Deb originally was difficult, didnt hear for a number of weeks but apparently she had the wrong email address spelling, it would be better to have everyone cc'd into a general communication email. Once we got going it was rapid back and forth to me in australia. Also, offering calls to me would have been helpful. They did forget a couple of small things such as petals down the aisle which was planned at the start, and must have been missed bt the final invoice as it keeps adjusting. I also wish i had a sunday contact phone # for the day of the wedding in case of emergency. Pros- Deb did a ridiculously amazing job with my flowers - Im pretty sure i had one of the best bouquets in the okanagan !! Dores communication was very prompt via email. The decor budget was what Dore estimated so that was good. Everything was on time, professional and stunning. The flowers were taken in from the arbour to inside on wine barrels, the colours were incredible. They ran on me being pretty flexible with style (i hope) and they did not disappoint.

The group at TTM are on my A list of the Kelowna event planners and decorators and coordinators, florists and balloonists, artists.. people… When you know character, you know character. TTM Events has lots of it. Not just the kind of character like when you say “What a character” and it makes you smile or laugh but also the kind that means they have heaps of integrity. Most noticeable is the integrity they have to their own work. Nothing escapes them in regards to last wonderful touches. The details and heart they pour into the design and creativity of each event they touch is an inspiration.. The florals are exquisite and their balloon bouquets are gorgeous too! They are also a class act when interacting with their clients and create a comfort zone for all - friends and employees and vendors as much as to their clients. It’s rare but true and that is when you work with them, you get true 100%. There is no question of the professionalism from the TTM Event team – both the core team and the others that have shaped this beautiful place with years of 1st class rock star service. As a co - wedding professional, I’ve seen the wonderful artistic effects and the positive affect this group has made on the people they serve. Bouquets and balloons sent to overjoyed 90 year old ladies, dreamy wedding set ups on the beach with florals and sheer fabrics wrapped and blowing luxuriously. I’ve seen empty halls, convention rooms, transformed to an underwater paradise, coral balloon art, glowing lanterns hanging like planets and rooms filled with soft glowing colour changing leds..Tiki Bars, Casino parties, Thank You from the Bottoms Up of My Heart.. It’s been a true pleasure to be a co wedding professional.

Initially when I had contacted Hal last August when I first got in engaged I couldn't believe how helpful he was on recommending venues . . . That changed. I never spoke or dealt w/Hal until he delivered flowers for bouquets & groomsmen boutonnières which DIDNT ARRIVE UNTIL AFTER MY CEREMONY WAS TO BE STARTED. My ceremony was to start at 3pm it didn't until 330 by the time we got everything & the boutonnières pinned on the men. It was an extremely hot day, young kids & elderly were sitting outside in the sun for an hour instead of the half hour. It threw off our wedding photos, welcoming in speeches & dinner... When you are paying close to $1000 on flowers, they should be there BEFORE THE EVENT ON TIME & the company should be experienced enough to plan according to traffic especially since TTM was at my venue earlier that day setting up back drop. Not dependable at all. I received a snotty apology from Hal. Deb would call & text me when she wanted me to rent more product but when I contacted her in regards to this the replies didn't come near as fast... in fact days later. As for the decorations, Dore was the one that showed me all of these "wonderful ideas" I was told pick what I would like & we can change, add & removed as we liked. We were just brainstorming ideas. No contract was ever signed, no invoice was ever made . . . (I was told Dore tried to email me, never received them - no other efforts were made to contact me or my fiancé even) - apparently they didn't save my number on file (a simple rookie mistake) they had my fiancés... never called him. For months it seemed Dore could not get a hold of me, until finally a week before I had my baby, according to her my phone magically worked ... when I did have the chance to go in & see her I decided to get rid of table runners, never did Dore state I would be getting charged cancellation fees for changes. (I was told the opposite things get changed so many times, the initial ideas were a base to go off of) TTMs prices are insane when over 50% of the invoice goes to labour when products are already marked up insanely. I bought table runners to own for half the price to rent from TTM. I bought & made my own ostrich feather centre pieces which costed significantly less than to rent. They tell you you are paying for their service except even when we found out the cost two weeks before wedding, TTM had to be the worst part of the wedding organization. We were able to get everything either rented or bought for significantly cheaper just as good if not better quality, & much more reliable ! They never tell you a rough idea of prices, you think after being "26 years in the business" they can inform you bulk of cost goes towards labour... like $50/Hr per person & each thing can take "several hours to set up. All of this should be clarified when you speak to them. Not impressed. I am extremely upset how they inconsiderately screwed over my ceremony. Especially when Dore says you pay for their service.. of being late ?? No excuse. You have only one wedding, something u put so much thought & plan into, invested so much money & a company you hire carelessly can't plan to drop flowers off even an hour before ! *Will be vocal in not speaking highly of this company, sharing on all wedding & kelowna websites, as will family. Quick to take your money but won't so much as give you a discount for ultimately their error.
