It was a good experience overall. When we arrived that evening, the front staff was able to confirm our parking spot was free and included with our hotel stay. However, when we were checking out, I brought up that I really liked how parking was free and included - and she used this against me by checking my license plate and then telling us that she will have to charge for the parking stall now. I was tried to clarify the situation with her and explained how we actually confirmed with the concierge just the night before that there was NO parking fee, and all she could say was "sorry, this is our company policy". She didn't even try to clarify with her supervisor whether or not there was miscommunication. She literally just kept repeating herself that it was company policy. Asides from the hidden charges of the parking stall, the room we stayed in was very nice - good views and very clean.

We were so happy to stay at the Westin after sleeping on a variety of other beds during our two week vacation. The bed was amazing!! We used the soft bath robes to go down to the pool and back. The pool and hot tub was our favorite part! Connected indoor outdoor pool with stunning views of the mountains all around. Note that you have to pay for parking ($30 per night) and that there is not a complimentary breakfast. Great location for those wanting to tour Olympic village and EXCELLENT if you are looking to ski in the winter!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel...location was great with close proximity to the village including restaurants, coffee and shops. Front desk and valet were excellent. Our rooms were great as well and we loved the kitchen which had nice appliances and was fully stocked with utensils, dishes and cookware. The only downside was that during our stay there was a dance competition that made every aspect of the hotel crowded...the hallways had practicing dancers everywhere, the pool was busy, the lobby was full and super loud. Definitely a detraction to our otherwise fantastic stay!

Rooms were pretty dusty, they were accommodating though and got us another room twice. The West wing is older so try not to book there. The pool needs to be cleaned better, it was a like skinny and the filters weren't working. The steam room however is glorious, and the workout area is solid as far as hotel gym standards go. Wish the room wasn't so dusty though. Also, self parking is $30 a night which is something that wasn't known to us until check in.

Staff was very polite. Rooms were affordable. Location is fantastic. Housekeeping was poor (queen size beddings uses for king size bed. Hole in bedsheets. Urine next to toilet not cleaned.) We have been to this hotel a several times previously and most of the time it has been good and things were relatively clean. The good news is that it was our only significant concern, and housekeeping can be remedied. We hope that things will improve in the future.
