Our room backed onto the pool with a personal patio. It was nice and convenient with a great view. Had some trouble with the A/C and the door to the bathroom didn't close. Difficult to give 5 stars when basics weren't met. Staff was helpful and catered to our needs

There were so many unique and helpful features. The well equipped complimentary loaner day pack, complete with first aid kit insect repellant and Frisbee (which made an excellent water dish for our dog!) amongst other things. The complimentary car wash. Nicest manual car wash we've ever done. The availability of loaner bikes (if only we hadn't had a dog ....) Beds were comfortable. Dog bed was perfect as were other amenities for our dog. The lemon cranberry water at the reception desk. The apples in the fitness room. All this in the little jewel of a location that is Pemberton.

My husband and I went to Canada for anniversary. We had seen and done a lot. Our last night in canada, we stayed at Pemberton Valley Lodge, and it was the best place out of all the other and the others didn’t have all the amenities, and they charged quite a bit more per night. We had a small kitchen, a really nice fireplace and a pretty nice view. Our housekeeper was Aleda. She did a very nice job with the cleanliness but also the little touches she did all around the room I really appreciated. Thank you for being the best Pemberton Valley Lodge! When we go back to Canada, we will definitely stay there.

You lose access to the pool at the moment you have to checkout. Never seen that, basically we got kicked out at 11. I was enthusiastic about this place which employs local people but was turned down by their policy. Will not go back.

Average hotel with pretentious management. The Good: Great coffee, large rooms, and a decent gym The Bad: Leaky faucets, terrible internet, useless management and tons of mosquitos. The hotel owners and management need to spent a little less time bragging about how wonderful they are and a little more time on customer experience.
