Staff are eager to accommodate. Such well trained staff - Front Desk + Bell Hop + Valet. Must be a great place to work because everyone was genuinely happy to help.  Our room was beautiful. Nice city view. Uber comfortable bed. Nice soft linens. Clean. Everything was spice and span.  You're in walking distance from everything. Friday night there is some street fest that happens, roads are closed and lights are everywhere, everyone is in the mood to have a good time. Quite beautiful!  Ordered room service breakfast. Server was so respectful as my husband was still sleeping. The food was awesome.  Wish we could have stayed longer.  Definitely recommend this place.

This hotel is conveniently located for sightseeing. It's close to a lot of eateries, shopping and parks and museums. The lounge is a nice space with a balcony and second floor. The food selection at the lounge was a bit light but I appreciated that it was open 24/7. The hotel decor was a bit dated and the walls were so thin that I heard our neighbors very clearly (could almost make out conversations). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is lovely! My room was spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. There was a large plasma screen TV, a small writing desk, and a comfortable sitting chair with ottoman. The curtains were very effective at blocking out unwanted lights of the city for sleeping. The bathroom was the most cramped part of the room; they had a large standalone shower taking up most of the available space. As a result, maneuvering around the rest of the facilities was less comfortable. The staff of the hotel were unfailingly polite and courteous, even when rude guests decided to vent their spleens at them. I saw every staff member taking time to help however he/she could. At the bellhop desk, I even witnessed one young woman painstakingly mark out a path on a map for one couple and talk them through it. The hotel is located downtown, an easy jaunt from a variety of delicious restaurants. Everything you'd need is close by. That being said, a warning- there is a hospital in close proximity and you can sometimes hear sirens. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

I sometimes park at the Wall Centre. Keep in mind, if you are part of a local business that has parking deals with the Centre, you now need to get a fob to get the correct rate and there is a waiting list for these fobs. There are also issues with the gates not working. I rated my experience as a 5 because the hotel's concierge was extremely kind and helpful, but I do miss people actually working in the garage. Also note that West Park, the company that runs the garage, doesn't seem to pick up the help line connected to the gates.

Very nice and helpful employees. Very good dessert. Rooms large and clean. Lobby very nice and location exceptional. Only problem was the walls are not very soundproof but it's not too bad. Would come back!
