We drove in from Vanderhoof to find a grad dress for my daughter. The owner gave us her undivided assistance and attention even though we were working within a small budget. She even kept the store open late to make sure my daughter was 100% happy with her dress. The dress takes my breath away! I thought buying a dress would be a chore, but it was a delightful experience! Storybook wedding has earned my future business, and I look forward to going back when my second daughter graduates as well as when any weddings occur down the road. The owner went above and beyond any service I could expect. It's clearly more than just a job for her.

Went in to find a prom dress for my daughter today the ladies are so friendly and helpful! We were so pleased with how informative and accommodating the lady who served us was! Would definitely recommend this shop above others on town! Found exactly what we were looking for and if we hadn't she was willing to talk to her suppliers to ensure that we left happy! Thank you so much Storybook for making my daughter's day ❤

Deborah was super helpful in helping keep my mom and sisters focused on my vision. Which was really appreciated since I was out numbered. I found a great dress from last seasons styles, was offered a great deal on my dress and my bridesmaids dresses.

I do not recommend dealing with Mary or her staff at storybook wedding. I fully paid for my church to be decorated and unfortunately the wedding was called off. We called it off almost 3 months from the date. I began calling and trying to reach Mary, with her to no avail. I called multiple times and left multiple message with her staff. I called on the days her staff said she would be in and still she was not available. So finally the day she contacted me back(after months of trying to reach her) was the day my wedding was suppose to be on. Unfortunately, I wasn't in service and didn't receive the message till I got back into. I've back I continued to try and reach her again. But again she was gone, busy, or just couldn't come to the phon. Finally last week I called and she answered. I began to discuss with her the situation and she said she can't give me my money back because she could have had any other wedding to decorate that day. I told her I paid in full and didn't mind her keeping the deposit for it. I also told her I've been trying to contact her for month over this and she continued to tell me no. After speaking with many others after making a Facebook post in a few pages about her lack of communication, it became clear she didn't call me back on purpose so that she didn't have to pay me any money back. Her people skills lack, she has next to nothing for communication skills, she has a crappy attitude, and is rarely ever there. I regret spending all the money I did at that shop. I highly recommend Kaycee(spelling?) at the bridal gallery on 7th. She was amazing to talk you, she knew what she was talking about, she knows her dresses, her accessories, and her prices are WAY WAY WAY better. Storybook wedding is nothing but a rip off. Therefore I have given this store a 1/5.
