Nice hall for Filipino parties of medium to large birthday parties. The kitchen is perfect for catered events. The stage is perfect for bingo, Dj's and small performances.

The hall is perfect for what it is. It's an old building, it's not too glamorous, but we just had our wedding there and everything worked out so well. The price can not be matched, the caregiver is very relaxed and easy to work with, and it's a space you can really make your own. If you want to have a 20-30 thousand dollar wedding, this isn't the venue for you. But if you're a do-it-your-self-er and want to have a fun event and pay about a thousand bucks for a huge venue with a back yard. This place is worth checking out.

Good for private parties but parking is a challenge.

The hall downstairs should be at least in a cooler temperature when it comes to a big party.
