We had a very nice stay at the Westin Bear Mountain. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff is great. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious and the views of the golf course and surroundings are awesome. Wish we had more time to hike around the area or play golf. The only thing is it's a little far from Victoria but we're happy just to hang out around the hotel. Would love to visit again.

First time to Sante Spa. We came for a pedicure and arrived early to enjoy the mineral pool. It was beautiful and designed to really block out the construction/housing around the hotel. The wisteria was in bloom and it truly felt like a getaway. Our technicians were lovely and did a nice job. Will definitely go again.

Love staying at this place! Absolutely beautiful location. Great hot tub and heated outdoor pool to relax in. Not a fan of the additional "resort fee" and the location is a ways out of Victoria if you plan on spending a lot of time in the city maybe try somewhere else. If you're looking for some R&R in a place out of the city or golfing then this is the place to stay. Housekeeping staff are wonderful and the rooms are well kept!

Stay was great with my family and kids. Rooms were clean. In room dining food was great (deliciousfood) & the service except the pizza we ordered with Veges arrived twice with no veges, hopefully they will fix that. All over it was great experience I would definitely choose Westin again.

Stunning views, huge rooms with massive balconies and incredibly friendly staff. The pool and fitness centre have everything you could need. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby as well. The hotel is a little far from Victoria but I see that as a good thing.
