The cards were beautiful and at a very reasonable price. However, the customer service isn't good. The owner never responded to my emails. He said that the cards and envelopes would be 2.5 weeks, then it was going to be the week after that...then it was going to be another week etc... I had to change my RSVP date several times because the cards were SO late. On top of it, instead of giving a discount or apologizing, he tried to arbitrarily charge an additional fee for "so many changes." When we initially went in other customers were yelling at the owner, and I should have taken that as a sign not to order. I was going to ask this company to decorate my wedding venue, but after this I don't trust them.

Told me cards should take a few weeks! Then I called them when they asked and they said yes try calling back in two weeks. Called back but they said try again in two weeks!Tried again and again and again. Months went by. I called and they said what’s my rush and hung up on me. ( after calling them when they told me to.) I think someone’s word is very important to me. Cards weren’t cheap. I gave up and now I wasted my time and money.

We were given quick service and good prices for high quality cards. The look of the cards was very nice- the owner was very cooperative and knowing exactly what we wanted, he delivered! We are very pleased with the service and recommend this place no doubt.

Service was great, the owner is very friendly. He gave us a very cheap deal for such great looking cards. The wedding cards were made within just days for a wedding only about 2 weeks away- the service was very fast!
