I stayed for 10 nights here with my wife and my toddler son. The location is great, very close to Vancouver Airport and Richmond where there are many food options. Rooms are big and clean. Most importantly, the staff ranging from the concierge, to the restaurant waiters, to the front desk personnel, were all courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. When my son was crying after he bumped himself near the lobby, the hotel stopped his crying by offering him a teddy bear =) it's the cutest thing in the world. Used the pool and gym which were both nice and very clean. Really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend.

Absolutely stunning hotel. The front end staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a large bathtub. There were great amenities. I would definitely recommend the Westin Wall Centre Vancouver Airport.

Outstanding service, amazing benefits with the free membership, stunning gym and pool faculty. Room was very comfortable size, the beds and bedding were outstandingly soft and heavenly. A complimentary robe is the ultimate touch to the stunning tile shower and huge bath for relaxing anyway you prefer. Attached is a restaurant for easily accessible meals or drinks. Wheelchair accessible. Great space for conferences, events and to stay during vacation in Richmond, BC. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating to all needs, professional beyond belief. Such a welcome environment I would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing accommodating stay in Richmond!

Great experience right from reception to checkout. They provide airport shuttles for which you may request in advance while departing. On arrival we called for shuttle from the airport and they arrived in time. Good facilities provided in room as expected. Surrounding area is under construction though so if you book online and you want a great view, make sure you choose your rooms well.
