I’ve stayed at a few hotels while on business in Winnipeg. The Inn at the Forks is my favourite. The best thing about it is the location. Being able to step outside your hotel and be right in the Forks where there is just so much to do and see is why I gave 5 stars. There are tons of restaurants to chose from and the one at the hotel is great too! I had a king room which was recently renovated in 2017. It was super clean and comfortable. Great view of the Forks as well. There are a lot of amenities such as the gym. Lots of equipment including an elliptical, two treadmills, and lots of weight equipment. Water and towels are available in the gym. The staff are friendly and quick to help when asked. Overall the best hotel in Winnipeg in my opinion.

We had dinner at the restaurant Smith there. We were presented with a bit of a problem initially but the manager was well spoken and resolved the issue. Service was very nice. Food was delicious. It is pricier than many other restaurants in Winnipeg that had equally good food. However if you are looking for great service, ambiance, food and don't mind a higher price tag, this is a good pick.

Me and my party of 4 attended a complimentary dinner given to us by Smith Restaurant because of a reservation complication. The staff we're friendly, the food decadent, and the drinks were tasty. In particular, the Parisian gnocchi is a must have. Most definitely recommend this restaurant.

Very nice hotel and room. Helpful staff. Comfy bed. Found hair in tub and on a towel upon check in. Room 530 was near a conference room and noisy during the day, and as early as 830am.

I had a good time, the food was good and the interior was nice. The wings weren't as spicy as they said, but they were still good. The burger, while good, was also one of those contraptions that falls apart on account of simply being too big to eat practically. The whole thing was just a mess to eat, which I'm not really a fan of. The service was good though, quick and friendly enough. It's a great place for breakfast and brunch
