Carmens Banquet and their staff were a pleasure to work with! Nick and Laura went above and beyond to meet our needs for our big day. The decor is modern and have a lot to choose from. They allowed us to bring our own caterer and use the kitchen. Nick was there the entire night to make sure everything was going as planned and we appreciated his attention to detail. Thank you so much!!

Carmen’s Banquet Centre is one of the most popular party venues in Hamilton city. For social gatherings this is the first choice in different communities. Specially in wedding season it is very hard to find a booking availability. The party hall is facilitated with decorative stage, guests seating, sound system and lighting. Overall the place is suitable for formal parties and social get-together. Enough space for parking facility and guests service.

My husband and I got married at Carmen’s on May 25, and we only have GREAT things to say. From the start of our interaction with Andi two years ago, there was always this feel that their main focus was us, the couple! Even through the few hurdles through planning, Andi and our planner Laura were always there when we needed and willing to please! Changing things even up to the morning as the set up was taking place. Karen our maître De was pleasant, organized and attentive the night of, making sure everyone knew when and where to be and also making sure dinner was perfect! Our day went off without a hitch and we cannot thank the entire Carmen’s team enough for everything!!

For interior design, this place is really nice, well maintained, clean, and I had a good time at my High School Prom. On the outside however, it's not the nicest looking banquet halls, but it's what's on the inside that counts. I can't tell if I liked this place because of the people I was around or if it was just a good time at a nice place. The food was okay, could have been better but you get what you pay for really.

This was an amazing venue! I was conducting a training session here for a week on behalf of Corporate Training Services and GM Canada. The entire staff were friendly and very helpful and Henri went to great lengths to make sure I had everything I needed and was well taken care of. I definitely look forward to working with you all again in the future!
