Was recently a photographer for a wedding at this venue! It was absolutely gorgeous and I hope to work here again. The staff was great and amazingly helpful the entire time. Great food too.

A very awful experience, from the moment of trying to schedule an appointment to the actual appointment itself. The man working there said he would try to try to work with my wedding budget. I could tell I was already a burden to him just being there, and that he in fact was not going to work with our budget. While fumbling through some of the things the venue offered, I said, "Oh wow, you guys do fireworks too?" He replied in the nastiest tone of voice, "why would I work with your budget if you're only going to turn around and buy fireworks?" I was so taken back by this man's comment, I didn't even really respond. I would like to now though. First of all, I was only making a simple comment to lighten the atmosphere. Second, even if I had been interested in fireworks, how is that your place to say something like that? If you're going to do something nice for someone, do it. Don't sit there and cast judgements and feel you have the authority to be nasty to someone because you feel you "helped." We ended this appointment with him saying he would call back (and surprise, surprise), he did not. I'm so glad he didn't. We found a much more pleasant person to work with, as well as a gorgeous venue. For the record, I did not have fireworks at my wedding. *A wonderful piece of advice given to me at the start of my wedding planning: If you have a bad feeling with the person(s) you're about to do business with, do not do business with them. It's not worth the risk on such a special day.
