Absolutely dishonest and abhorrent company. DO NOT shop here!!!! When i did my wedding registry here, they did not order the items until I came in to the store, even though my friends/family had paid for the items. Melissa made me jump through hoops to have them even place the orders. I needed to have the gift receipts and the piece of paper that went with the item. What company takes people’s money and doesn’t order the item then and there!!!! I waited months for a call when items were in. Finally called and they informed me that I had to come in with proof of purchase as they disnt have my registry file...WHY EVEN REGISTER THEN?!? So what gift receipts I did have, I took in. Then, when the items did come in they SOLD THEM To other people. We STILL don’t have items that our friends and family bought us and some items were discontinued so we have incomplete sets because they sold OUR gifts that people PAID for because a buyer was in store. Disgusting business practices. I am out hundreds of dollars in items. By the way, we were very good clients and spent thousands upon thousands there prior to the wedding. You have been warned!!!!

Love shopping here, great staff, very helpful, perfect for last minute gifts...

This place is great as long as you have 13 months for your items to come in! Their lack of Customer Service made it that much more enjoyable. Its too bad because we wanted to order another 4-6 table settings. Needless to say we won't be back any time soon.
