Today my Fiancé and I walked into the mansion & the greeter said hello, we explained we were just checking out the venue and we were interested in a tour. The greeter sent us over to the office where their wedding planner/ banquet manager treated us like we were such an inconvenience. There was a wedding going on and she did explain that they protect their bride & groom when having a private wedding, which is totally understandable! But the way she treated us was not necessary. Also, the greeter should be telling customers that you are closed for a private event, rather than let us walk around to the office so we can be treated like we are committing a crime. This venue was very beautiful, but we will not be back for our tour. With as nice as this venue really was, their poor hospitality ruined it for us. Good luck to all that choose to stick with this venue, we hope you get better customer service than we did.

DAMN. That’s all I gotta say about it. It’s very nice. My cousin had her wedding here and it was nice. Though I do feel like the place looks a little bit haunted.
