I went there for my sister so she could find a junior prom dress and we got greeted at the door so went over to the dresses and a girl kindly helped us but there were broken, dirty, used dresses and she wanted her to try them on so we went to the change room and they don’t allow you to zipper your own dresses and if you break the zipper you will be charged with repairs.we wanted a bit of privacy but she stayed there and said her opinion and never let us talk it was just her and she didn’t give us privacy, she also kept asking questions about what my mom was wearing. I don’t recommend they are pretty rude.

I had the best experience finding my wedding dress at this store! I had the best customer service I have ever experienced! The lady behind the counter helped me find and try on wedding dresses by literally running up and down the stairs a bunch of times to help customers downstairs in between tying my dresses for me. She was not the wedding consultant and did not need to go out of her way to help me find the dress of my dreams but she understood how stressed I was with less than two months before my wedding date! I cannot thank her enough for telling me her honest opinions and no pressuring or high pitched sales. It was much different than most bridal stores I have visited. Thanks so much!! I cant wait to wear it on my special day 😊
