Liked my stay here. The room was comfy, had a good view, even though it was not facing the harbour. I was on a club floor, and they have a nice sitting area with a view of the harbour. This is close to signal hill, but a bit farther from pubs/restaurants. There is a good bar/ decent but slightly over priced restaurant in hotel.

The Sheraton is a beautiful and charming hotel. It is close to the downtown area (making many shops and restaurants easily accessible) and even has a great view from its windows. The staff are friendly and the inside is gorgeous with it's interior garden. Rooms are always clean and the room service is delicious. I love staying here.

The staff are 10/10 no doubt about that. The food is deserving of its higher prices. (But still affordable) the room I was in was absolutely spotless overall the full experience was perfect. The staff were super accomadating the entire time I was there and were very respectful. The bartenders always had a story, and the wait staff were very attentive. The food came out in near record times. By far the best place to stay in the city hands down.

Great place for an overnight stay with an easy walk to the town. There were some issues with the lifts when we were there, which made it very slow to get to our room. We ate breakfast at the hotel, and it was decent for a hotel breakfast. There's also a nice walk to the harbor battery.

The location of this hotel is amazing. Great ocean views and close walking to great shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool and surrounding lobby area was beautiful.
