I recently had my wedding reception at Elite Palace in July and it was one of the BEST decisions we ever made. The manager Mr.Mohammed was willing to work with us from the beginning. He is very personable and he genuinely cares about making sure you get the best experience on your special day. He made himself available to us MULTIPLE TIMES during our wedding process even if it was just to go over the smallest details. He also did a great job managing the reception itself on the day of. The hall itself is VERY beautiful and we still have wedding guests raving about our entrance which took place on their movable stage. I personally am one of those people who take reviews very seriously when I am looking for a product, service etc. so I know how important reviews are. If I didn't have good things to say, trust me I would not have written this post. I can not express again how grateful I am to Mr.Mohammed and the whole Elite Palace team for making our big day special. Look no further for your choice of an amazing wedding hall!!!

The Elite is Epic. The best venue for a wedding in the Whole entire NYC. Upscale, great decor, elegant ball room. I attended my big brother's wedding, and that was an experience of a lifetime. Best wedding so far.

We went to a wedding on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend 2018. The venue itself is beautiful, but that's about it. The management lack any type of hospitality expertise needed to tend to their guests. Starting from the rude bartender who proceeded to get frazzled and yell at guests when they were out of sodas and mixers and told us we had to deal with it (this is for a paid cocktail hour, what gives you the right to speak to guests in that manner?). As a hospitality professional myself I know things get tough but it's up to you in the front lines to handle it and please or find a solution your guests. Now onto the food, or should I say lack thereof. I'm very close to the bride and groom and know they paid for 400 people buffet style (not cheap by any means), can someone explain why only MAYBE a fourth of her guests were able to eat? On top of it all they were forced to order $800 worth of pizza delivered for guests to have something to eat. That is just unacceptable and unforgivable. Now we've tried contacting them however the manager Mohamed is the rudest human being on earth. We tried reaching out to find a solution and gain some type of compensation however he has done nothing. He doesn't respect his clients and tried to belittle my aunt over the phone. What kind of manager hangs up the phone on a client mid conversation?! Buyer beware, besides the beauty of the place everthing else is a sham .

BEWARE AND DO NOT BOOK THIS VENUE! I attended a wedding on May 26th, 2018 and they had terrible customer service. The bride and groom paid for 400 guests but only about 75 of them got to actually eat. On top of it the parents of the bride had to order pizza for the rest of the guest, on top of the expense of paying for their other 300 guests that were not fed due to the poor management of the venue. The bride and groom even tried to compromise for some type of reimbursement but the manager will not even speak to them and even hung up the phone when the mother of the bride tried to call them after the wedding. They will leave you hanging after they get your money in their pocket. The bride was completely disappointed and felt as if all her hard work and preparation for her reception went down the drain because these people could not even give her what she paid for! Guests usually remember a few things from a wedding and the food is definitely one of them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Very nice place. Clean and the staff was very nice. I would recommend this place for future events.
