Extremely high prices and no amenities unless you count several old bicycles left outdoors and a firepit with a few picnic tables. The chalet itself was lovely, but only one key between five adults and no staff on site with office hours. Disappointed in level of service - not even free wifi or garbage pickup. We had to clean a very dirty BBQ before use with supplies purchased by us as well as purchase soap for the dishwasher. There were no privacy blinds on most windows on the river side of the chalet including bedrooms. A potentially lovely property on the Humber River but check-in was very late since chalet wasn't ready for us. We were required to pay full amount upon check-in which is not a usual practice anywhere else. Promises to assist us in any way possible were met with rudeness when members of our party were locked out of the chalet on one occasion due to the one key policy. Customer service training is required at this place and lower prices to reflect amenities of the property.

Completely overpriced and a complete rip off. Breakfast after a wedding was 13 bucks and the plate had nothing on It. Drinks during the ceremony were watered down and over priced.

Very rude and unfriendly staff. Will not let you take your drink to your room, then they pick up the half drank beverage and toss so you have to buy a new one. Cannot bring your own alcohol to your room.
