What a disappointment I used to work for this company that says they are all about valservenience! I was contracted as an officiant at this property and was a guest at the wedding tonight. The manager Tara proceed to yell at me and demanded I left immediately when I was at the bar.....I responded that I was the officiant at the wedding and I was on the guest list I had the right to be there. Then she yelled at me at told me to go inside and take my seat. Which from what I recall as a guest at a public place I'm allowed to be outside on the patio or inside the reception hall. I'm appalled by how her unprofessional actions. I'm disgusted by this attitude from her especially that zero motives were given for her to kick me out. To avoid conflicts I said good bye to the bride and groom and left. I'm a maid of honor at a wedding in November is she planning on kicking me out then too?

Worst experience ever, make sure never to book an appointment with Cindy she is a very rude, disrespectful with no manners and acts like she is too busy to answer any questions you may have for your event. She does not answer any questions and either ignores you if you ask or gives the answer "I DON'T KNOW?" She was also was in a rush to see her florist during the entire time of the appointment basically kicking me and my wife out so she can do her own thing. Me and my wife was surprised by this because we seen few other venues like the one in redlands, Tennessee Gardens who the lady gave us outstanding service. So I was shocked by how unprofessional Cindy is. She also refused to give me her business card because she knew I was going to make a complaint to the manager. Her name is "Cindy" needs further training to learn how to talk to customers in a respectful and polite manner. She is so lazy she did not even give a Pricing sheet with the cost which she had filled out only to show me and when I asked her for a copy completely ignored me. Very unprofessional and has no knowledge of anything. This place is a joke and they do not take anything seriously, therefore recommend to go to any other location in order to have a good experience during your special event. Please avoid this wedding site because if they do not respect you or value your questions, then your final event will be a complete disaster. Avoid this location if you want to have a great event for your special day.

Looking for a wedding venue for our daughter's upcoming nuptials. Met with Cassandra at the facility and she gave us a full tour and answered an abundance of questions with patience and a smile on her face. You can really tell she loves what she does! The facility is nice, but the bridal suite (converted restroom) wasn't what we wanted. The gazebo is smaller, so it's basically a lovely backdrop. The large fountain in the background is picturesque. The ballroom is gorgeous with an ample dance floor; lovely swag drapes/lights on the ceiling; seating; etc. The catering prices are reasonable and they can work with you to mix and match services you want (or don't) through various packages. Although this venue is nice, we decided to go with another Wedgewood facility (The Retreat at the Champions Club) in Corona.
