Very nice resort, very clean but since the Main Lodge caught on fire in June they were very nice in offering breakfast which after the 3rd morning we were looking forward to have breakfast elsewhere. It was always the same scrambled 'eggs' which seemed to come from a box, potatoes, and bacon and sausage which were dripping in their own fat asking to be rescued. Every morning we would have to ask to replenish the juice, the bread, the plates etc. We used the pool and indoor hot tub but the area was in dire need of renovations. Staff members were super friendly and very hospitable. If you plan to have the lobster dinner, check out Lyndon Inn up the street..nicer restaurant environment and at least 10$ less per person vs the lobster dinner at $45 on-site.

Food was great! Staff was super friendly and helped make the wedding we attended a huge success. Evening ran smoothly and they helped to navigate any obstacles that arose. To top it all off the views are spectacular. Highly recommended!

Here for a wedding. The grounds are beautiful here! Lots to do. After an issue with our room, Maggie at the reception desk was amazing and got us all sorted. Thank you Maggie, your hard work to get us sorted is so very much appreciated!!

Rooms were comfortable. Stable wifi. Pool and hot tub access. Wonderful breakfast service. A lot of construction though. No laundry service.

Our stay here was very comfortable, the staff was amazing and very helpful and friendly in every way. Meals , especially breakfast was more then could be asked for. I would recommend this resort to everyone traveling through Cape Breton.
