Amazing selection and lovely spot, found it a little to sales pitchy though in the end and felt a lot of pressure to pick their dress.

I recently visited with a friend who is planning her wedding. Tarum's has a beautiful inventory of bridal gowns and accessories. Helpful, knowledgeable staff!

What an awful experience! Went in all excited and ready to find my dress. Was greeted by the owner who was upstairs and yelled for us to come up. So we went up and I showed her some dress styles that I liked from online. She immediately told me she didn't have what I wanted and didn't even try to find something I could try on. So my party I was with started to look. I pulled the owner/consultant I was working with into my room and told her that her attitude was not appreciated. I wanted her to make an attempt to find something for me. And I jokingly said she needed to redeem herself. Well she proceeded to tell me "I own this shop and I don't need to redeem myself. I just need to find SOMETHING that might look good on you." Well by this time I was in tears and my mom and party were about to yell at her. So I got dressed and walked out with my party. She not only lost my business but my entire parties business and did not feel even slightly bad about how she treated me. I will never go back and will tell everyone I know to avoid that store with a ten foot pole.

Tatum and her parents are so sweet! I didn't feel so overwhelmed in their shop because it was so quiet and calm. They are super helpful too 😊
