We were lucky enough to celebrate our wedding and reception at Embassy Grand. Our Friday morning wedding went off without a hitch! We had just over 200 guests and everyone was welcomed warmly, comfortable and raved about the vegetarian menu. The 500 person reception on Saturday night was an absolute success! Everything was set up exactly how we asked and the service was impeccable! One of our favourite things was that unlike at other halls, the staff do not walk through your dance floor in order to set up the buffet! The bars are set up in ideal locations and the staff was friendly. Everyone keeps telling us that the food was the best they had! The staff was even able to help us stream the Raptors game on one of the screens!! Location and service matters and everything about Embassy Grand was perfect! Beautiful space, great set up and a friendly team that strives to impress 😊

We hosted my sister-in-law's bridal shower at the Embassy Grand and our experience was great! Service was excellent. Food was incredible. We decided to go with the Italian menu and honestly was probably the best Italian food we had! Taste was authentic Italian! One thing that truly stood out was service from management. He went above and beyond to ensure the experience of our guests was great! He quickly and efficiently accommodated all of our requests. The servers were very friendly and were actually more servers than we had expected. Our guests also had positive things to say about the venue, food and the excellent service! We will definitely be using the Embassy Grand for our future events and also will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

It would be a very hard decision to book an your event but Embassy Grand is the best venue in GTA, very professional staff and the sales directors are refreshingly knowledgeable and friendly. They make you feel very comfortable. At the end you will love this venue, It’s elegant, spacious, great food and service. The entrance is grand. Tons of parking. The socializing area is spacious and overall great for work events/weddings/engagements and other events. Highly recommend!!

I had my wedding reception hosted at Embassy Grand over a long weekend. The team there did a flawless job of organizing the event with almost every detail handled behind the scenes. Outside of sending 3 emails to confirm food choices, guest list and vendors, the Embassy Grand team handled everything on our behalf with flawless execution and minimal hassle. The venue looked great, the service was excellent, and the value for what we paid was incredible. Couldn't ask for more.

I love this place for the car shows! During the summer beginning usually May long weekend until Thanksgiving weekend, they have a great car show. I will usually try to get out there weekly if I can due to some health issues that I have been dealing with since I was involved in a bad car accident a few years ago. I'm a licensed auto technician but I'm no longer able to do what I love. I was in the process of restoring my 1965 mustang and I can't even do that right now. So the car show allows me to be connected to all of the classic cars vicariously through other people. Speaking of the people, they are all great! No attitudes or people thinking they are better than others. In fact I was uncomfortable walking around with my cane due to my own insecurities and being embarrassed. So often times when I would be at the car shows I would be limping around and having to take frequent rests. One of the guys at the show was asking me one day why I was limping and looking miserable, what my story was. So I explained about my accident and usually using a cane. He asked me why I wasn't using it that night and I explained I don't get out much and I'm embarrassed to use it especially in large crowds. He told his friends and they all told me you better use your cane next time you come here, don't worry about nobody. Since then I use it more in public and everyone there makes me feel super comfortable and we have made some really great friendships! Just a great bunch of guys and girls, great atmosphere and great car show!
