Julie took pictures at my dad's 90th birthday. It was an absolute pleasure having her be part of this celebration. She took some amazing photographs that really captured the spirit of the day. Julie was extremely accommodating with our requests and honored all of them. My dad and our whole family were thrilled with the photographs. We will definitely be asking Julie to take our family photos in the future! Thanks for everything!

We found Julie from a Google search based on local vendors and contacted her to arrange a meeting. Shortly before our meeting, a friend of a friend posted their wedding photos on Facebook and Julie just happened to be the photographer! Those 'real life' examples plus all of Julie’s portfolio work really got us excited. When we met Julie, that really sealed the deal. We sat down for coffee and we just fell in line with her with such ease. There was no judgement on our small wedding (25 guests), short timing needs (we were looking for a maximum of 4 hours’ time), and our short shot list (we didn’t want any first looks, or mushy romantic stares into each other’s eyes) and Julie was completely understanding of our needs & respected our choices. Our wedding was in October 2017 (the tardiness of the review is all ours), which happened to coincide with 3 packed weekends Julie had of her Fall Mini Sessions. So, our turnaround time on our photographs was approx. 6 weeks – but we did get sneak peaks which tided us over! We were overjoyed with them. They were everything and more! We are very surprised at all the bad reviews posted, as Julie was wonderful to work with & delivered what was expected. We were very upfront and communicated what we wanted, and those expectations were met with some creativity on day of event. I think perhaps others anticipated Julie to be a magician and then, they were unhappy as the results weren’t what they thought it would be – which in no way reflects poorly of her, her skills or her business acumen.

I feel lucky to of had Julie photograph our wedding. From the first meeting where she truly listened to what we wanted and how we wanted things to giving great advise and ideas. The day of the wedding she captured the most beautiful images I didn't even know where taken. I would highly highly recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer. You will not be disappointed.

Julie did our wedding August of 2017, at first Julie seemed like a great person to work with but as we started taking pictures she was just plain annoying. She constantly dove into personal issues on our wedding day even when asked to stop. We provided the list of must have shots to her and she only asked us if were taking them 15 min before "she had to leave". Even though she arrived late to the house. our package was to include one wedding book and 2 parent smaller wedding books, although she only gave us the one big one. which we thought we were going to meet up to get the books but instead she just left the book on our door step. We figure its because the book had a huge red mark on the cover (which was white) and some pages of the book were not the same as she showed us. we figure it's because didn't want to deal with the questions. We did our engagement shoot with her in July 2017 and we are still unsure how these pictures have turned out because 2 months after our wedding when we asked about them she said she LOST them. Clearly Julie isn't very organized. we asked for a refund and she said that she would give us one, well its been 7 month now and she changed her mind and is now still trying to find these pictures. She also now no longer answers emails. Be careful who you hire

Julie shot mine and my wifes wedding this January and did an incredible job! We have already received our photos (less then 2 months- some photographers take months and months or longer) and we are thrilled. Her sweetness and caring nature really show through in her work- she made us feel very comfortable and at ease despite being shy having our photos taken. She is hardworking and energetic which helped keep our wedding party stimulated and guests excited for photos. Love the packaging for the wedding photos too...the usb is hand engraved and beautiful... She even included a gift! Very talented, friendly and outgoing and clearly very passionate about her business and clients. Thanks Julie we will absolutely be using you again in the future! :)
