Well I do not know where to start, I organized a mother day event last Saturday at this what is called Banquet hall. What a nightmare, The place is a complete mess, please do not be fooled by the way it looks. we had our guests in and here is what we experienced, washrooms doors are broken can not close, no toilet papers inside, we kept asking all night to be filled, nothing to wipe or dry your hands we were told to use the air blower but none works, bartender does not speak a word of English, found the bartender serving ice into drinks from a container behind the bar filled with ice to keep the beer bottles inside cold, place not licensed to serve alcohol, we had to get our own license last minute, alcohol brought from his home as Ramon (the owner) admit to inspector time of inspection, Did not inform me as i am the license holder such unprofessional action could have cost me an illegal violation with a major fine, appetizers was not served until 10:30pm, the priest had to bless the food without any piece of bread on the table. we as organizers had to go in the kitchen and help making food so we can get to our guests, while Ramon standing in the kitchen watching, did not even try to help. Ran out of bread half an hour after start serving i asked Ramon the reason he ran out of Bread his answer was "do you think we are a restaurant" i had to send my friend out to Fortinos to buy bread, Ran out of oil did not bother asking why. Servers were bringing plates to the tables wearing rubber gloves, I understand gloves should be worn in the kitchen preparing food not when serving on tables. Our main course was Steak and chicken, it got to the tables at 11:30 so cold that the sauce or dressing looked like gel on the meat, people could not eat. Liquor inspectors showed up, undercover cops showed up for inspection when i introduced myself to them they told we are only checking the place, Monday i find out that this place is on the radar from the cops and LCBO i was so embarrassed to the extend that we took the stand and told our guests that we decided to return all their money because we feel guilty charging them for such service, we end up paying the bill in full. when i went to pay Ramon, he did not care about anything, he charged us in full and more as we agreed to pay $25 per adult and $15 per kid he made us pay for everyone as adult (keep in mind he knew we had to return the money to the people), when i was about to pay he complained getting paid by cheque he wanted cash only. The list goes on and on This place is a mess, never ever again, i can not stress enough and recommend staying away from this place. i will be addressing all this with authority as i feel this place should not be doing business in Ontario hopping to protect consumer from such as called businesses and save other from such embarrassment. i am sorry if I did put one star only so the system allows me to post this review other wise i would not even give him a star I apologize from all mothers attended this event as we couldn't treat you with what you moms deserve

Poor location ( main entrance facing some sort of car yard , minimal parking shared with many broken cars, parked eighteen wheeler trucks and garbage bins) . Inside very cold, unkept broken bathrooms. 9pm dinner served at 11:30pm, poor quality dinner served cold by staff wearing rubber gloves ??? Do not recommend anyone to go anywhere near this place

Attended a concert for reggae artist Shensea. Location is off the beaten path. Behind an auto body shop. Feels unsettling to enter this place. Venue had no heat. My daughter and I wore our coat, hat and gloves to stay warm the entire time. Our feet were starting to get frostbite. Had to keep wiggling them around. Place is big with high ceilings but completely ghetto. Don't go there for anything even if it's free.

Great area with beautiful interior decorations. Yet parking is limited compared to the spacious event hall. Second thing is the tables and chairs are very cheap compared to the luxurious interiors.
