Stonefields Estate

Our entire wedding day was made completely perfect by Stonefields Heritage Farm and all of their amazing people. From start to finish, farmhouse to barn, every area of the property was beautiful. Our family could not stop talking about the venue and how gorgeous it was, especially those who had the pleasure of getting ready in the Great Room and the Cabin as well as those who spent the night in the farmhouse guest rooms. Not to mention the great food, several people pointed out "the best prime rib they have ever eaten". I cannot say thank you enough to the staff; Kylie and Angela answered my emails so quickly for an entire year leading up to the wedding, even at 11pm on the Saturday of a long weekend, I was amazed. The week and day of the wedding, Kailin kept us organized and answered my texts even on a Friday night. I am blown away with the service we got and could not have asked for a more naturally beautiful location for the most important day of our life.

Attended a friend's wedding here. Wow, what a beautiful place. The staff was friendly and it was very clear that the proprietors had spent a lot of time and effort making sure the details were right (from accessible baskets of sunblock to charging stations, and the lovely and perfectly maintained grounds). Great wedding, made all the nicer by the awesome venue.

Our wedding from start to finish has been an unbelievable experience. Kylie and Angela were quick to respond and had great solutions, Kailin (wedding coordinator) was outstanding, very organized and calm on the wedding day. The service and food were wonderful. The owner Steve was there all night, and he took the night to another level with his organization, help and great ideas. Thank you so much Stonefields for all of your hard work, and helping our dream wedding come together.

We loved everything about it!! Our guests kept coming to us telling us it was the nicest wedding they’ve ever been too and everything was so beautiful! Keep in mind we had minimal decor!! The venue is gorgeous in itself! We had a blast!!

Our youngest daughter was married at Stonefields 2 weeks ago (June 22, 2018) and it was absolutely incredible. (Actually, our oldest daughter got married there almost 2 years ago as well, an autumn wedding that time, and it was such an awesome experience we had to go back! We looked at other venues but for the same price, couldn't find one to compare). My review will be for both weddings, because both of them were such incredible experiences. From start (when we booked with them) to finish, questions were answered unbelievably quickly, (thanks to the incredible Kylie and Angela in the office) and they would do their very best to accommodate. They would bend over backwards trying to help. The owners, Steve and Stephanie, are some of the nicest people you've ever met, and you can tell that Stonefields is their passion, as they are continually thinking of ways to make it better, and by working so hard to make sure you have the absolute best experience ever. Steve was right there on site making sure everything was absolutely perfect. From the wedding coordinator Kailin to the wait staff, and the guys setting up the ceremony site...everyone was incredibly polite and were constantly offering to help in any way! We were treated like royalty. The service from all the staff at Stonefields is very professional and truly exceptional. The food....oh my...the food!!! The food was absolutely delicious and guests raved about the food at both weddings!! It was SO good, and so beautifully presented. From the appetizers, to the main meal, and from the dessert to the late night snack....it was beyond delicious...and plentiful as well!! The loft is absolutely gorgeous, as are the different areas offered for the wedding ceremonies and the patio. So many beautiful locations to take photos. I could go on and on about all the wonderful things about Stonefields. I highly, highly recommend it if you want a stress free wedding, a beautiful ceremony location, a gorgeous reception location with incredible food, and with top notch service from start to finish. Ottawa brides are so very fortunate to have an affordable venue of this exceptional caliber available. A wedding at Stonefields will be a dream come true wedding for sure!!
