Nice Venue, but don't blink driving down the road... you'll miss it!

Horribly dirty, went to put up signs for our event and they had not cleaned up the signs left over from weeks ago! As a result there is trash all around the entrance, old balloons and posters etc. Definitely not a good first impression. There is a bunch of drunks living in a trailer park there so if you plan an event make sure you are louder then them! Also there is a sign out the front stating they are going to put in a MASSIVE Rogers tower right at the front of the property, that will look amazing in your wedding photo backgrounds! Would not rent again, on top of everything the old woman who runs it is cranky.
