As wedding photographers we see many officiants on a regular basis. Mary is DEFINITELY our favourite, so hiring her for our own wedding was a no-brainer. Customizing our ceremony was so easy -- as soon as she gets a feel for the kind of people you are she's able to give lots of options for use in your ceremony, and she performs it with warmth and LOVE. Mary was SO easy-going and gave us all the help and creative control we needed to put together the perfect ceremony for us.

Mary is an amazing woman and I couldn't have asked for a better minister to preform our daughter's baptism. I was extremely happy with the atmosphere created and how she engaged the guests & family in the ceremony. I would highly recommend Mary for any ceremony!

Mary took over from the moment we contacted her and performed a moving celebration of my husband's life. The service was spiritual without being specifically religious. Just a beautiful send off.

I found Rev. Mary McCandless on the internet. My friends from out of town needed someone who could marry them. Not being church goers, they were kinda at a loss to find someone. From the initial phone call, she made them feel comfortable. As they were unable to connect in person, she Skyped with them and got a sense of who they are and what they wanted. Mary wrote a personal ceremony and kept in touch with them until they arrived. They couldn't have been happier, nor could I. The ceremony was absolutely divine.
