Stayed here for the Canada Day long weekend so the place was packed but check in was still fast and easy. The rooms were spotless and each day the cleaning service made sure it was that way every time we got back to the room. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The best thing is it's close to Parliament Hill and the Byward Market, about a five minute walk to each. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in Ottawa.

Great spot for Canada day celebrations being 3 min walk to Parliament Hill and Major Hill park for fireworks. Room was spacious and clean. Appreciated the robe and soothing oils for a deep sleep. Service was efficient even with a crazy horde of people checking in Canada day. Don't expect a huge pool for lap swimming and you'll be pleased. Also nice touch with $10 bike rentals and new balance workout rentals

The lobby is incredible, and that's just entering the building. The rooms are beautiful, the view is gorgeous, and I am quite thankful to be able to experience such a delight. The Customer Service and level of hospitality is outstanding. As this is my first time in Ottawa, I'm extremely impressed. Easy 10/10.

We stayed at the Westin prior to our daughters grad. I called ahead of time to ask that 12 wine glasses be delivered to the room because we were having a party for her. I was fortunate to speak to Desire and she offered an upgrade to a suite for a very good price. And we had an amazing room, with a stunning view of parliament. In the room was a beautiful tray with the wine glasses, napkins and plates decorated with flowers. And a gorgeous tray with sweets and “ congratulations” written in chocolate. It was very special and we had a great time! Terrific customer service ! Thank you!
