Pretty inside.. however, they try to get every penny... weddings are booked back to back. The wedding right before my cousins wedding was extremely late starting and everyone for my cousins wedding was just standing around waiting everyone asking whats going on? Then when wedding before my cousin's ended as they were exiting the chapel you had two different wedding parties standing all together in the Crystal Gardens very small lobby. NOT CLASSY!! it seemed very disorganized.. during our cocktail hour there was only one server for a party of 200+ people we had guest cleaning off plates during the cocktail hour... they need more staff or not back events one hour apart.. But I thank God for the family and friends that helped and we kept things moving. Crystal Gardens need to re-evaluate their future events .

We were at an event here this past Saturday and I was not impressed with the dinner service. The green beans were mush and the turkey was like a pressed turkey. it took over an hour before our table was cleared of the dinner plates and remaining food. on a positive note, staff was nice and hall look beautiful

Great venue to host a celebration at! Extremely clean, staff was more than delightful, and our food was top notch. The only downfall was they temperature of the room we were in, one second it was too cold, the next too hot. Could have been a faulty thermostat, but we still enjoyed our time!

There for award dinner. Food was pretty good with exception of baked chicken. Too dry which made it tough. Served family style so they provide refills of items to the tables but be prepared for long wait on those.

Gorgeous place. Food was alright, not the best I had. The chief overcooked the prime rib =/ food very disappointed by many guest. Way overpriced. The security guard guy was very disrespectful to the younger kids. I watched him yell at them for no reason and I did say something to him about it and then he laid off a bit. A lady was walking in the parking lot (close to the gates where everyone hangs out outside by the tables) and busted her head off the ground because her high heel got stuck in a very large crack in the road. So just be careful when going here.
