I was a DJ for a wedding here and I just want to warn people to NEVER rent this facility. The guy is rude, the place is dirty, I watched him ruin a beautiful couples special day. My DJ system takes an hour to set up all the lights, mics, speakers, etc.. He made me wait in the parking lot for 45 mins. before he allowed me to set up. I felt so unprofessional still unwinding cables and setting up as people were walking in. They should have been walking in to a nice ambience of relaxing music, not walking in to seeing a DJ sweating, stressed out and rushing to get started! P.s. Contact me for affordable and professional DJ services, 15 years experience!

I have NEVER dealt with a hall/business owner who was so rude and money hungry. He only allows a 15-minute set up time, even though he has admitted to having no party before ours. He wants $50 per hour for us to set up, $5 an hour to run a window air conditioner, and he has a problem with us using the stove to warm food before putting in the chafins because he will have to turn on the exhaust which will suck up more air. Blah blah blah. What he wants is for us to pay his utility bill for the month when we are only renting the hall for 5 short hours. He is a douchebag and very unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Pay more and go elsewhere. Trust me, you will save your blood pressure levels. We only have 2 days before the graduation party or I would cancel and go elsewhere. I guarantee you I will NEVER use this facility again, not even free of charge.

Ended up not renting from here the manager is very unprofessional and rude. A question was asked about the use of dumpsters and he went of on a rant about the mafia and democrats including how democrats should not be allowed to breath.. I do not care what anyones political views are but I do not want a lecture on someone elses views when I am trying to rent a space.

I could not wait for my big day to be over. I was totally relaxed before my wedding ceremony, until the owner decided to argue with my wedding party and I. He tried giving us only 15 minutes to get ready - and argued with my family when flowers were delivered an hour prior in order to set up. The owner even went as far as charging us extra because 15 minutes just isn't enough time to get people seated and the bridal party lined up for the processional. Everything that the owner said prior to the big day was a lie - I asked if I needed to bring an MP3 player or if I burned songs onto a CD if he could play the secret song I wanted everyone to walk out to. While we were getting ready, he argued that we needed our own CD player - etc, etc - MINUTES prior to me walking out. If it wasn't for the hard to get through bridal party, we would've had to of dished out MORE money to run to a store to buy one! The hall does NOT seat 100.. or even 80. 70 of us were squished like sardines and the temperature was nearly 80 degrees! RIDICULOUS! I wish I would've read reviews for this place before. Learn from my mistake - unless you're ready to be bossed around, charged extra, and stressed out to the max - do not come here.Had the owner not caused so much drama in the beginning, perhaps it would've been a DECENT experience.

Charged my cousin an obscene amount for a tiny hall, and charged extra for a/c. The oven and stove weren't hooked up, causing the food to need to be sent out to be heated. The bar fridge was warm. The table and chairs were so tight, entire half sides of tables weren't being used. I called and spoke to the owner beforehand to inquire about rates, he was extremely rude and refused to give me an estimate without meeting him there. What's so hard about saying, "between this much and this much?" He was so rude and crass with me on the phone, I ended up saying " you know what, forget you." and hanging up on him. Super unprofessional. The owner gave the bride a hard time about the stove not working, and never showed up to fix it. I would never ever recommend this hall, and reviews on other sites state that it has a mice problem. Thankfully the wedding I attended was filled with beautiful souls who created a beautiful wedding regardless. Oh, and this hall seats 35 comfortably... Maximum.
