Not happy with this place at all. Me and my family have been to all the Russian Restaurants and we had a Birthday party there this saturday July 28. We went in with my baby 6months old, the waitresses started to look and talk very rude to me and the trwatment towards me that i was there with my baby was very rude and not profeaaional. The service was very bad, they put juice only on 2 places when we had 35 people on the table, plates didnt get changed until we asked them hundred times. They want to just make money out of people and in front give you not professional service. The stuff was very rude, not professional at all. Will not go here anymore, recommend everybody not to go here at all.

Have been to this place only once for Halloween party and was happy with everything. Entertainment was great and I loved the food. Most of the time I have bad food experience in Russian restaurants, but this one surprised me. Everything was fresh and not so typical. A lot of interesting dishes. Their homemade Napoleon cake is AMAZING! Planning to have my birthday there, hope I won't be disappointed.

The owner is very rood, disrespectful and unprofessional personality. She ruined the whole experience. I certainly don't recommend going there especially there are a lot of other nice places to choose from. Customer service is absent there. This place will be out of business soon.

Great experience. Awesome place to go with a group (friends or family) and enjoy a special occasion. Appetizers were amazing, but the main course came so late and was not as great. Entertainment was good.

After going to another restaurant ( that wasn't as great) last weekend I decided to review Hollywood. We did have an absolutely amazing night in February. Blame it on the company;) Food was great and they kept on bringing more and more food. Music was excellent (just for my taste). I loved the show. And games were great addition to the overall entertainment. Decor of the place is very nice as well. I agree, though, booking/ customer service could be better. Service too, as I had to ask/ remind waiter to bring water quite a few times.
