Horrible experience with this venue and management. The event coordinator was very unprofessional and was no where to be found on the day of the event. When she did show up to "check up" on the event, she was wearing crocks and a t-shirt. Not only did she provide false information (just to secure a commitment) she went back on many of the things she said, overcharging the bride and groom for an open bar. At all cost, especially on your special day, DO NOT USE THREE BRIDGES FOR YOUR VENUE OR BINGEMANS!!!!! Listen to all the negative reviews, lower price doesn't mean smooth and professional service. There are many other beautiful venues you can choose from that will give you top notch service, with no hidden fees or false information.

The venue had a lovely appearance. The outdoor area for the ceremony was beautiful as were the decorations for the reception area. The wedding was held during a heat wave, and single small air conditioner could not keep up. The hall was unbearably hot. The food was all mediocre at best, with small portion sizes. At my table everyone also received the wrong entree.

Decent food. Service was terrible. Drinks way overpriced (typical of Bingemans.. )

My husband and I recently had our wedding ceremony and reception at Three Bridges and it was absolutely wonderful on all levels. From the planning and organizing, to the changes I made, to the day of event being flawless, I am incredibly pleased with the professionalism and kindness from the venue team! We would absolutely recommend events at this venue.

We had our wedding at Three Bridges a week ago and it was incredible. Our coordinator was reliable and had answers to our (many) questions and let us make tweaks to the plan and contract until everything was perfect. They even held our date for us for a bit without a deposit so we had time to come and see the venue! The location is absolutely gorgeous, tucked away in the countryside and surrounded by greenery which is gorgeous for photos and for a ceremony backdrop. We loved the outdoor aspect to it, and you could make it anything you wanted from casual to more formal. The staff at Three Bridges decorate the waterfall, aisle and driveway which is gorgeous and so thoughtful. Alex did a great job of running the night and the servers were very attentive. And don't even get me started on the food... Nothing short of amazing! The setup was exactly how we discussed and everything looked gorgeous. Thankfully they coordinated with us to bring our decorations early on the morning of the wedding, because there was another wedding there on Friday night so we couldn't do any setup before. I felt confident to leave my ceremony decor in the hands of the hall, and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend ordering the boneless skinless grilled chicken breasts from Flanagan's and pair with Three Bridges' white wine sauce, because it was literally the best thing ever and the other chicken options on the menu were a little dry. The only minor issues I noticed were that the accessible washroom wasn't very clean, there is no bridal suite at the moment, it was a bit annoying that we couldn't have our rehearsal there on the Friday before, and there was almost an awkward moment when I (the bride) arrived at the venue and was supposed to go into the upper reception room to wait for our ceremony, but as soon as I got to the door I saw all of the groomsmen were in there! Thankfully Alex at the hall took care of everything and made sure my husband-to-be didn't see me, but there was a lack of communication in advance on their part. The staff at Three Bridges are extremely friendly, the hall looks gorgeous at all times because they have beautiful permanent decor and a chandelier on the ceiling and the ceremony was breathtaking. The backup option for rain isn't as nice of course, but it's a relief to know that they have an option. Overall, we know we made the right choice with this venue and the guests loved it too!
