Ashton station Bridal was such a great experience, Luigi and the staff are so friendly and really go above and beyond. At my dress fitting it was me and my bridal party and some family members, lots of room for everyone. I was flying in for my wedding and had limited time for last fitting and alterations and they accommodated it very well. I would highly recommend picking your dress here. I went to other places and the experience was not enjoyable. Ashton Station was a pleasant surprise compared to others.

Beautifull gowns

My experience with Ashton Station Bridal was absolutely perfect! The store itself is beautiful. Dark hardwood floors, white walls, and large mirrors make the shop so romantic. Tracy greeted me right away when I walked in the door. My party and I were able to browse the dresses with her and discuss what I like and what I didn't. Once I told her about my wedding she pulled a dress that I HAD to try on. We tried on many styles that were gorgeous. But as soon as I put her recommendation on I knew it was it. A second time confirmed with and we decorated with a veil and jewelry. It was perfect. Tracy found my one dress. We even celebrated afterwards with champagne! I can't say anything else but Ashton Station was my dream for wedding dress shopping. I couldn't have had a better day! Ladies if you're in Ottawa or the Ottawa area I HIGHLY recommend Aston Station Bridal. It was my first and ONLY stop. I couldn't be happier!!!!!

My friend and I were about 10 minutes late getting to the appointment as our last bridal dress appointment ran late (we were waiting for 30mins after my actual appointment had started and the consultant never explained why). Anyways, we went inside the old church (as it looks like a church from the outside) and we found Ashton Station Bridal at the top of the stairs. We were greeted by Luigi, who immediately made me and my friend feel very welcomed and relaxed by offering us some drinks to start (my friend was dying for a coffee as we did not have the opportunity to grab one during the day). Luigi brought in a freshly made coffee and then sat us down on the comfortable chairs to talk about what types of dresses I have tried on and what I liked and didn't like. He then chatted about the history of the store itself and why they only carried the one designer (Rita Vinieris, who is a Canadian designer). He let my friend and I look and choose from both the brand new 2013 dresses as well as the sample sale dresses (did not limit my selection and I had about 10 dresses, if not more, pulled). Let's just say that the second dress I tried on, which was his recommendation, and completely different from all of the other dresses that I've tried on, was THE dress. All of the dresses I tried on afterwards I kept comparing THE dress to. Needless to say, the choice was clear and he even took great pictures of me with his Canon camera so I can send pictures to my bridal party, as they all live in Toronto. I later met Tracey who measured me for the gown I am ordering. Lastly, as the dress I loved was over my price point, they crunched some numbers and was able to offer me the dress at the price that I was comfortable with. They even popped a bottle of sparkling wine to toast the occasion! What a lovely afternoon, and not at all like ANY of the other experiences I've had with the 7 other bridal dress salons I've been to (both in Toronto and Ottawa area) as I was THE ONLY CLIENT in the store for the entire time I had my appointment. Brides, this place is not like any other bridal store. I'm so happy this was where I found the dress and that these people made me feel so special! I recommend this place to any bride that wants to have a lovely time trying on various wedding dress styles to find the special dress they will be married in.
