I had my wedding in this location recently, in July 2018. It is a really beautiful place. Great food! However the behavior of the staff was kind of rude. There is a lack of communication between the staff or may be lack of management. I talked to sylvia, (who was really nice and friendly) about the wedding, center pieces and how we wanna have the floor plan to be, when I decided to get this venue! Couple of days later, I called the oakview terrace and someone else picked up the phone and she was really rude and apparently she did not know it is going to be my wedding, so I told her that it is my wedding on more time. In the day of the wedding, since I was the bride, my sisters came first to check on everything, another lady came and gave my sisters hard time! She said that we have another deals for wedding! (Which is not true, because I remember clearly when I talked about everything, there were different sets of prices for different dishes not for different occasion!!!). We had an open bar for the night also. As far as I remember there was no restriction about the drinks the guests can order. However during the wedding, they claimed they couldn’t serve tequila!! I think such a beautiful place needs a better management! I believe during such an occasions, people have different things to be worried about and this things should not be added on top of many other issues and stresses!!

Attended a engagement party here, the location is beautiful. Has a rustic vibe and food was great. Also a great spot for some good selfies and pics

Totally blown away. What a beautiful gem in Richmond Hill. The well kept gardens, the picturesque backdrops made for beautiful pictures at my daughters grade 8 grad. Would definitely recommend.

The venue is absolutely beautiful! It's nice to get out of the city, and to have access to such cozy indoors among beautiful outdoors is stellar! Right from the beginning, the booking experience was smooth and flawless. Jan and the ladies really know how to take good care of you! The food was delicious, and I heard a lot of compliments from my guests as well. Would definitely recommend this venue to everyone!
