Ascott Parc Event Centre

We were one of the lucky couples trying to get married during the pandemic and we had chosen to have our reception at Ascott before the pandemic hit. Luckily for us, they were so accommodating and supportive in our decision to postpone. We worked with Ash, who was responsive to all of our requests and helped us plan through our party within the government restrictions and in a way that could accommodate everyone. He was very easy to work with and when we finally got to host the event, it was perfect! The grounds there were perfect for photos before the party. We had the Imperial Hall and the outdoor space on the Terrace was awesome and really added so much usable space. We highly recommend the Ascott if you’re looking for a seamless wedding event in a beautiful venue!

I had my wedding at Ascott Parc in August 2021, right as things were opening up. Melanie was amazing to work with she completely understood how a South Asian wedding works, and the details required for it. She was kind and accommodating as we went through the process of rescheduling due to covid. Our families enjoyed both the wedding day & reception. The staff was very responsive and understanding of our needs. We were able to have an outdoor Hindu ceremony and enjoyed the reception in the Imperial hall indoors.

Ascott Parc was the perfect choice for our wedding. We loved it! The garden is beautiful and perfectly manicured, great optics for photos, It made our ceremony memorable. The imperial hall is grand and food was absolutely delicious - everyone was happy and could not have raved about it anymore. Ash, Melanie and Team were so kind and attentive to our needs. Despite the hiccups, we appreciate the care your team took to ensure everything ran smoothly. Thank you Ascott. We will be booking Ascott for future events.

I have been to Ascott Parc 4 times and every time I was like "WOW". The decor, service quality and quality of food, it is nothing less than a 7 Star Resort. Management takes care of each and every minute details and their staff is trained to make guests feel - "Royal". I have attended out door event as well as indoor events, where ever your party/get-together is, you are always well taken care of as a guest. Their staff is very courteous and helpful. Quality of food is much much better than any restaurants in GTA. If anyone is looking for a Grand and Royal event, this is the place to go. Your guests will be mesmerized!!!

When our daughter got engaged and we started to look at venues around GTA, we struggled to find the right wedding venue that suited all our requirements. My daughter, being a conservation scientist, wanted the Hindu wedding ceremony to be outdoors in a natural environment setting; I wanted a venue that will cater to serving South Indian wedding lunch; my son in law’s mother wanted a nice banquet hall to hold the hora and the reception, catering western dinner options and the couple were keen on a good cocktail selection . We all wanted our guests to be able to commute to and from the venue and wanted it to be centrally located. Sounds impossible, right? We found Ascott Parc that met and exceeded all our expectations. We booked the stunning Gazebo for the morning Hindu wedding and the evening Jewish style ceremony and the Imperial banquet hall for evening Hora, cocktail and reception. Melanie, Sannat and Bill were fantastic to work with and we were lucky to have Melanie, who understood Indian as well as Jewish wedding ceremonies. This was the first wedding in both our families and Melanie was very warm and treated us like family friends and guided us to make the right choices and made sure that we did not miss anything. When they had a change in the South Asian catering crew, Ash called us personally and asked our consent for the change which is very professional of him. Two days before the event date, unfortunately, we had to reschedule the evening ceremony and reception. When we told Ash and Melanie, they not only also let use the big tent instead of the banquet hall for lunch but Ash also accommodated us by rescheduling our evening contract to a later date with reasonable additional costs. We had a beautiful outdoor Hindu ceremony followed by lunch in the small and big tents. Sannath was available o on the phone whenever I called him. The re-organisation by the Ascott Parc staff was so perfect despite the short time window to execute the new arrangements. Our guests could not praise enough the beauty of the venue and all the arrangements. Our heartfelt thanks to Melanie and Ash for making it possible with such ease. There are not many event centres who have excellent in-house catering and have the openness to accommodate third party catering! We are looking forward to hosting the Jewish ceremony and reception in the fall and working with Ash and Melanie and her team again!
