My husband and I had NovaMarkina Photography photograph our wedding in June. Her professionalism throughout the whole experience leading up to the big day was impeccable. Getting to know the couple to helping with a timeline for the day of and creating a list of photographs with family that should be taken. The day of the wedding she helped me stay calm and as stress free as possible. She had a list of everything I had wanted and she preformed. When we received the photos a month after our wedding, it was literally reliving the day all over again. She captured the day so perfectly, I was so overjoyed. I have looked at the photos over and over again and I can't help but beam with excitement. It was a pleasure having her capture one of the most special days of our lives.

As soon as I got engaged, I told my fiance I HAD to have Nova as our photographer. I had always followed her on social media and loved her work. Nova has now taken our engagement photos and wedding photos. I cant put into words how happy I am with every single photo she delivered. They capture us perfectly and Im so grateful we will have them to cherish forever! Nova was so kind, funny, personable, and organized. She went out of her way to help in any way we needed. She executed our "must have photos" list so smoothly and really ensured that we got every photo we wanted. She made me, my husband, and entire bridal party feel so comfortable behind the camera. Her style and creativity shows in all of her work. Every single member of my family and bridal party commented on how great they all thought she was! I really cannot express how positive my experience was with Nova. She captured some of our most important life moments so perfectly, and I cant wait for her to capture my future life milestones! Thank you SO much Nova!

When you dream about your wedding day, you dream about all the details - the flowers, the colours, the dress, and most importantly, the person you'll walk down the aisle to. When it comes time to actually put all these pieces together, it can be daunting and overwhelming task. Decisions, decisions, decisions. The easiest decision for me (other than the man I was marrying) was choosing Nova as our photographer. I knew I was making a smart choice I wouldn't regret, especially leading up to the wedding as I continued to see all the amazing photos she had shot in the previous months of other couple's weddings - they looked spectacular and the other couples sounded so happy with her work. When it came time for our wedding down in sunny Los Cabos, Mexico, both Nova and her second shooter, Matt (also her husband), were both absolutely spectacular to work with - they were directive, took charge - but in a friendly way - and got everyone feeling comfortable and good about taking photos. She also moved us through all of the family photos, and different poses effortlessly. We were having so much fun taking photos together - it felt natural and easy! That's exactly what you need on your wedding day - to feel like things are effortless, and you're having the best day ever, which I was. Lastly, Nova's work speaks for itself. When we got our photos back we were ecstatic. They were every bit as good as we hoped for and beyond. I 100% recommend Nova and will be using her for many years to come for each and every photo opportunity I have!

Nova has a way of making my family feel completely at ease. We have done a few family photo sessions with her over the years and every single time I am blown away by the magic she is able to work from behind the camera. She has a way of capturing amazing moments when you didn't even realize they were happening. I will forever cherish the beautiful photos she has given me of my family! I can't wait to have her capture us in the years to come!

I am so glad that we chose Nova to capture our special day. She was amazing from the get go! She took into account our desire for a small wedding with less photo coverage and was made the time to do a delightful engagement session with us. This was a great way to meet her (and her awesome husband) and get a feel for what the big day would be like. She was so organized and on the ball the day of, that we had no stress about forgetting an important shot. The pictures that she captured were stunning! She understood what we wanted, captured who we were and did it all with amazing creativity. She is an amazing photographer and person, I would recommend here to anyone!
