Had my brother's wedding at Claireport. Jay and the team was very accommodating and delivered an amazing experience for us and our guests. The venue is gorgeous, the music system is great, their dinner presentation is spectacular and the food tastes great. We had over 350 guests but Jays team organized everything beautifully. Everyone had a great time! I would definitely recommend this venue and Jay's team.

I attended my friend's marriage at Claireport Place and the arrangements were superb. The management team and staff were well-trained. Really I was delighted with everything from decor to food. Highly, highly recommended for any type of event.

We had our wedding registration/reception at Claireport Place Banquet and Convention Centre on November 3, 2018 and till this day we canâ€™t stop raving about how positive and memorable our experience with Jey and the entire Claireport staff was on our special day. It was very important to us that all our guests had a memorable night filled with hospitality, excellent service and deliscious food. This is exactly what Claireport delivered. We received nothing but compliments from all our guests that attended, especially with regards to the International dinner buffet. Jey and his staff ensured that our special evening was exactly how we pictured it. His years of experience in the industry was exemplified in his attention to the fine details including banquet decor, colour scheme, the attentiveness of his employees to our guests and the perfect execution of our vision for our night. I wholeheartedly thank the entire Claireport team for being the best in what they do. We are forever grateful!

I made an appointment with the manager, he made us wait over an hour and then tried to upsell the hall. UPDATE: I thought I would add more context to this. Yes, the owner is very friendly, the office and event space is a very beautiful. It's a great hall and most certainly will make any event look stunning. The space was not the problem. Nor was the situation; as I understand things happen and you were hosting an event on a busy time. I don't know why someone would book me and my family (from out of town) during such a busy season. Stuff happens! I am not bothered by the place, nor the wait, but rather the attitude. As I finally got to speak to the owner, he was passing papers over my head and very busy with something else. He did not seem to care or have the time. Which I understand now was due to something else happening. I was not a priority, which I understand; but it was very off putting as I am someone who is willing to spend a bunch of money at this establishment. I am interested in the people (I would have been working with) for my event. It just showed that maybe.. down the road, we would be ignored or not heard, or - as you mentioned, too busy. Thank you for the apology, but I will not be removing this comment.
