I was told this place had been renovated in the last few years but I think it is time for a refresh. I had a double room to myself so it felt spacious. The furniture seemed to me a bit dated with big pieces of ordinary furniture. Modern contempary is absent. Good fitness facility. Pool is for splashing about as no room for lengths. Bar had a good selection of wines but not much choice if you like foreign beers. Staff overall were good and efficient. Would stay again but manage my expectations.

I was treated like family. There was always someone at the front door to welcome me and as I passed the front desk, I was always greeted. The rooms are updated and extremely comfortable. The fitness center is adequate, although it gets a little warm in the morning (when being used by all the business travelers like myself). The restaurant is comfortable with friendly and attentive staff. All around a great experience.

This hotel is really nice, and the help at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that all of the doorknobs/handles in our room were sticky. Other than that we loved everything about our stay!

We had a brunch there. All the food was labeled so you knew if it was gluten free or not. They accommodated me when I asked for a sugar-free iced tea. What food I could have is very good.

Overall a very pleasant stay. Lounge is probably my favorite part of the hotel. Have stayed here a few times for business and think it's probably the best bet in the immediate area. Staff were excellent all around and check in and out was painless. I do wish there were better dining options in the immediate area, but downtown is only a taxi ride away.
