Thank you Universal Event Space and all the staff for making our wedding day a huge success!!!! Melissa Esposito was our Event Logistics Manager who went above and beyond. She replied to our emails promptly, was extremely organized, listened to us and our vision and perfectly executed our special day. She met with us during off hours to accommodate our schedule, has an expertise in the area of event planning and made everything come together. When we walked into the room for the first time, we were blown away by the attention to detail. Our vision had come to life because of her expertise and our guests enjoyed the party which went so smoothly. Thank you!!!! She's a wonderful asset to the Peter and Paul team! The behind the scenes staff made the hall look extravagent, the bartenders kept our guests happy mixing delicious cocktails, the wait staff was friendly and attentive (many people commented on their aptitude! ), the food was scrumptious and so beautifully presented. Our wedding wasn't "traditional" by the Italian standards but our guests were in awe of the flow, the food and the hall. Kelly coordinated the staff and food on the night of and checked in with us during the evening and made sure everything ran smoothly. Universal Event space made our wedding day stress-free, beautiful, and a night to remember thanks to Melissa, and all the staff!

I’m beyond disappointed with Universal, its a beautiful place but they organization and professionalism is the worse I have seen. I did my engagement party there on Jun/2018 and I regret so much. First, let me start with Alyssa. She must be a junior in the company because she did so many mistakes prior to sign the contract and the last minute she told us the we could only get our decor company there 30min prior to my event! ( no decor company can set up in 30min) because they booked another event before on the hall we were using. So we had to move our event to later on the day. On the day of the event I got there at 5:30pm and that is when I was supposed to have the hall to start to decorate, but there was a ceremony still happening in the hall I was going to use. So, I asked to speak with Frank the manager and told him how much I was dissatisfied with everything and all he did was kept saying everything will be fine, we will make it happen on time ! ( they did, however they dont treat you with respect) and they showed me studio 5 and the day we signed the contract was studio 6 which they said it was the same size but on the day of the event it was smaller then the studio 5 because the used the the divisor between the halls and clearly mine hall was smaller. The food was good, but I didn’t see everything I order. The DJ was ok, nothing special and the worse part was the air conditioner the DID NOT WORK and was extremely hot and I had some of my guests living due to the heat! So that was my experience with this place! If you want to have a great event I don’t think Universal is the best place.

Beautiful venue, great staff and delicious foods. This venue should be a must see on your list of potential venues to look at. Ask for Lorena, she'll take good care of you.

I have been to 3 events here this past year. Each time I have had a unique experience. The food, cleanliness, service, facilities, and over all events never fail to amaze me with their quaility. Everything always seems to be in perfect shape. I understood why this was when I saw how poorly the servers have been treated each occasion I have been here. I myself was once a server at a banquet hall and I understand the fast paced environment. What I can’t understand is how the authorities feel the right to ridicule, overwork, and only treat their servers with disrespect. In conclusion, the next event you have here, tip your servers, they deserve it.

Large space, plenty of parking. The food was very good, the bar service good also. It is not a glamorous place, more suited to work functions. My only negative comment, and this after two events attended here, is that due to so many hard surfaces, with no sound breaks, it is very loud. The sound is so loud and annoying once everyone starts talking, then the music, and people then shouting over the music...it is just rediculous. They badly need sound buffers. I left early twice. Annoyed. Not able to talk to anyone.
